CELCO Group intends to develop an industrial park within the existing industrial area of Constanta City. The fifteen hectares site is located within the existing premises of SC FURNIROM SA, a member of the CELCO Group.

The FURNIROM decorative veneer factory currently manufactures high quality veneers using a range of computerized production plant built by the Italian specialist manufacturer ANGELO CREMONA.

The CELCO Group is looking for partners with an interest in:
- Exploiting two highly automated computerized production lines for furniture fabrication. The lines are installed in two production halls with a working area of 20 000 square meters ;
- Utilization of storage areas in excess of 15 000 square meters;
- Utilization of a further 25 000 square meters as potential future development land;
- Use of 800 square meters of office accommodation.

The industrial park infrastructure includes: ready access to the national road network, excellent internal roads giving ready access to all areas, electronic weighbridge, power, water, telephone and main gas connections, secure perimeter with a complete CCTV security system. SC FURNIROM SA has full accreditation under the ISO 9001 Quality Assurance Scheme. The factory is also certified under the IQ Net Management System :
