1967 - Founded as IPROFIL Constanta

1967 - Reformed as CEIL Constanta

1973 - Reformed as IPL Constanta;

1990 - Reformed as FURNIMOB SA Constanta;

2005 - FURNIROM SA Constanta was established as a private company with SC CELCO SA as the principal share holder;

2006 - Production started in the Veneer Manufacturing Section and the Veneer Manufacturing Splicing Section. The Furniture Section currently produces prototypes and special works. Activities in this section are gradually being developed.
